Mangiarelli Rehabilitation monitors the COVID-19 situation closely. As a physical therapy clinic, our business is deemed an essential service. We safely treated patients throughout the height of the pandemic and we continue to operate safely to serve our patients throughout 2020, 2021, and 2022.

We are committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for your visit to Mangiarelli Rehabilitation.

Mangiarelli Rehabilitation offers safe in-person physical therapy appointments as well as telehealth physical therapy services to patients who do not wish to leave their homes during the COVID-19 pandemic. Learn more about our telehealth services here.

All wellness members are to abide by the safety, cleaning, and sanitizing protocols listed below. The number of wellness members per hour is limited to ensure safe social distancing in the clinic for all wellness members and patients.

The following measures have been implemented for patient health and safety:

  • increased cleaning and sanitizing of our facility and equipment, including regular professional sanitizing of the facility by SERVPRO

  • regularly disinfecting and sanitizing high touch equipment and public areas

  • disinfecting and sanitizing all surfaces, treatment tables, gym equipment, and facilities before and after each patient use [Sanitizing products are readily available and accessible to wipe down all surfaces prior to use.]

  • regular washing of hands by staff and patients and hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the clinic

  • social distancing between staff and patients

  • per recent guidance from the CDC and the Governor of Ohio, masks are optional. We will accommodate all patients according to their comfort level. If you prefer that you as a patient wear a mask as well as the therapist during treatment, we will do so.

Please feel free to use our facilities to wash your hands and use the hand sanitizers we have made available.

Preventative Actions

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.

  • If soap and water are readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains 60% to 95% alcohol.

  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.

  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.

  • Stay home when you are sick.

  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.

  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning product.

We ask all Mangiarelli Rehabilitation patients to work with us in maintaining a safe and healthy environment by:

  • Assisting us in wiping down equipment after you use it.

  • Rescheduling your appointment if you feel sick, if someone you live with is sick, or if you have been in close contact with anyone who is sick.

If you have any concerns, please make our front desk aware.

Thank you for placing your trust in us. We are committed to providing you the highest quality of care during this time.

Thank you,

The Staff at Mangiarelli Rehabilitation
