Mangiarelli Rehabilitation’s Story
Mangiarelli Rehabilitation was founded by owner, Paula Mangiarelli, in 2010 along with her daughter, Sarah. A family-owned and family-run business, the clinic has since grown to seven physical therapists and physical therapy assistants, including two of the Mangiarelli sons, Bobby & Michael.
Paula brings a wealth of experience and expertise in physical therapy practice, having served the greater Youngstown-Warren community for over 40 years.
Each of our physical therapists and physical therapy assistants have grown up in the greater Youngstown-Warren area, attended area schools, and are deeply committed to giving back to their community by providing the highest quality physical therapy care.

2020 marked 10 years of service by Mangiarelli Rehabilitation to the Warren, Youngstown, Trumbull County, and Mahoning County communities.
It is our privilege to serve our patients and help them reach optimal recovery and health. Our aim is to provide the latest evidence-based treatments to help our patients regain function, manage pain, and restore movement.
